As of 2021, autopilot already can be configured thru terraform, which probably means ARM is too.

Another thing to consider is that autopilot is a bit more expensive.

If manual costs e.g. 0.25 per hour, autopilot costs 0.33 (not exact numbers but you get the point). I’d say this is acceptable, yet if you only access thru id and the load is light constantly, manual is just ok.
